Conference Proceedings

Your conference presentation is automatically published in the online Conference Proceedings. You can withdraw your consent and/or make amendments until 30 September 2016.

Presentations should be submitted in
•    MS Word
•    MS PowerPoint, or
•    Adobe PDF format.

If your presentation is in a different format, either convert it to Adobe PDF or insert it into MS PowerPoint. Should this technically not be possible, contact the This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to discuss.


Invitation to submit full text paper for peer review and publication in Conference Proceedings and EJA (Hurworth Prize)

Whilst your conference presentation is automatically published in the online Conference Proceedings, you are encouraged to submit a copy of your full text paper for publication.

Your full text paper will be peer reviewed and included in the online Conference Proceedings. You can also submit it for consideration of the 2016 Rosalind Hurworth Prize for Best Conference Paper with publication in the Evaluation Journal of Australasia (EJA).

Deadlines for full text paper submissions:

  • Full text paper submission (MS Word) for Hurworth Prize by 3 August 2016
  • Full text paper submission (MS Word) for publication in online Conference Proceedings by 12 September 2016

aes16 online registrations are now closed but we will be taking conference registrations on-site. Please email conference@aes.asn.au for a registration form and bring it with you to the Registration Desk at Hyatt Regency, 99 Adelaide Terrace, Perth.
